What is the returns policy at The Bristol Vaping Company?

 

The Bristol Vaping Company products (excluding atomizers) are covered by a 60 day warranty against manufacturing fault.

 

This does not cover items that have been damaged by poor care or misuse.

 

Due to the nature of atomizers and their semi disposable purpose, we are unable to offer a warranty on these apart from DOA (Dead on arrival).

 

If you purchased your product in store and need to return it for replacement, you must have proof of purchase.

Using chargers and accessories not purchased from The Bristol Vaping Company, will void your warranty and could put you at risk of harm or injury, due to non-compatibility.
